摘要

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have a wide range of invaluable civil and military applications. A sensor network consists of an array of thousands of sensors of diverse types interconnected by a wireless communication network. Wireless sensor networks topology directly affects the overall network cost and survival time, but also affects communication performance between two nodes, power consumption and so on. A good topology can improve the efficiency of routing and MAC protocols, providing the foundation for data fusion, time synchronization and target localization. According to the triangulation feature of nodes in wireless sensor networks, Delaunay network topology generation algorithm is proposed in this paper, besides, the working and rotation mechanism of information node and energy node are given in detail. Simulation results show that, Delaunay network topology is fit for the communication among scattered nodes and data acquisition in complicated environment. Compared with star network, mesh network and mixed network, the network topology proposed in this paper has the better stability, least network and the longest survival time when the same nodes in a fixed region.
