SEA CON Announces Sale of SEA CON Phoenix and Phoenix Optix

SEA CON~(R) Brantner & Associates Inc.(El Cajon,California)recently announced the sale of their glass-to-metal sealing division,SEA CON Phoenix Inc.and Phoenix Optix.According to SEA CON,the company acquired SEA CON Phoenix in 1993 to expand its capabilities into the technology of glass-to-metal sealing.They contend that the acquistion enabled SEA CON to provide its customers with connectors,feed-thru's and electrical devices for demanding,harsh environments such as undersea,downhole,nuclear and aerospace.
