摘要

Microstructural evolution was observed during large strain deformation with a high strain rate using an ultralow carbon steel. Fine-grained ferrite was obtained by decreasing the deformation temperature and increasing the strain rate. A strong texture, such as ND||<100>, <111> and RD||<110>, was developed. The change of grain size could be analyzed by the Z parameter, whereas the duration had a large effect on the deviation of the predicted grain size in deformation with a high strain rate.
