Alcoa Inc.'s rigid packaging division has given quality awards to 14 suppliers of aluminum used beverage cans (UBCs), recognizing the firms for delivering material that was "virtually free of moisture, dirt, glass, plastic and other materials."Fulton Supply & Recycling Inc. (Denton, Texas), L. Knife & Sons Inc. (Kingston, Mass.), and Valley Recycling Works Inc. (Chandler, Ariz.) earned the honor for third time.
