Chinese steel demand andoutput have peaked, with both being weighed upon by the weak real estate market andslower than expected infrastructure spending,ANZ Research said in a report Thursday.ANZ, following a trip to China, saidthere was a big overhang of unwantedhousing supply in smaller inner provinces,while debt-laded provincial governmentscould not afford to invest.
