PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide work contract service information which is effective in Chinese character conversion work and capable of performing the Chinese character conversion work for foreigner names provided by a client in a short time, thereby reducing a workload of the client.SOLUTION: A foreigner name traditional Chinese character output system 100 comprises: an input unit 1 for inputting simplified Chinese character information on a foreigner name; a retrieval condition acceptance unit 2 for setting a retrieval key according to the simplified Chinese character information; a storage unit 3 for storing simplified Chinese characters and a simplified/traditional Chinese character table; a simplified/traditional Chinese character conversion unit 4; and a screen display unit 5. The simplified/traditional Chinese character conversion unit 4 refers to the simplified/traditional Chinese character table; retrieves a plurality of simplified Chinese character candidates; identifies a simplified Chinese character; retrieves a plurality of traditional Chinese characters corresponding to the selected/identified simplified Chinese character, as traditional Chinese character candidates; determines one traditional Chinese character selected from the traditional Chinese character candidates; and creates a correspondence table between the determined traditional Chinese character and the inputted foreigner name.
