The start of production at Iran?s first rail mill has been postponed again to October by the country third largest steelmaker, Esfahan Steel Co (Esco), and Iran will therefore have to import some of its needs for current railway projects, according to Mohsen Pourseyed Aghaei, deputy minister of road and urban development and managing director of Iranian Railways, quoted by domestic news agencies.
