摘要

2,4-Disubstituted pyrano[4',3':4,5]pyrido[2,3-b]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized. Their pharmacological properties were investigated using subcutaneous metrazol test and the open field test. The rotarod performance test was used to evaluate neurotoxicity. The novel compounds were found to have neurotropic properties. The compounds as well as diazepam prevent clonic twitches and clonic metrazol convulsions in animals. However, the compounds cause sedation that depresses the behavior in the rotarod performance test unlike the tranquilizer diazepam, which shows anxiolytic and activating effects.
