Angioleiomyoma, a solitary and rare form of leiomyoma that usually occurs subcutaneously, accounts for about five percent of all benign soft tissue tumors and one-fourth to one-half of all superficial leiomyomas. Nasal angioleiomyoma is extremely rare, and no more than 35 cases of angioleiomyoma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses have been reported in the English-language literature. Herein, we report a new case of nasal angioleiomyoma with special histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings of this lesion. This case received the approval of the Ethics Committee for publication.
