Agency Partially Settles On Diesel Particulate Rules

The Mine Safety and Health Administration agreed to stay certain provisions of its standard on diesel prticulate matter exposure in underground mines. Under the agreement, underground mine operators must develop and implement good-faith strategies to meet the interim diesel particulate matter concentration limit that took effect July 20.
