基于LabVIEW的柴油机部分流等动态排气微粒采样系统设计

     

摘要

介绍了柴油机部分流等动态排气微粒采样系统的结构及工作原理.电控系统采用上、下位机分离的设计,为实现等动态采样,基于PID算法构建了压差稳定性的控制策略,完成了以飞思卡尔单片机为核心的硬件电路设计,并利用LabVIEW图形化编程语言实现上位机程序编写,该控制程序具有RS-232串口通信、监测控制及自主存储等功能.结果表明:由单片机采集的信号通过RS-232串口通信协议及自定义数据格式,可以实现上、下位机间的数据双向传输;用户通过上位机程序界面能够方便地向下位机发送不同的设置信息和操作指令,并可以随时监测、存储系统的工作状态;经通讯试验验证了电控系统功能匹配性良好,具有一定的研究前景与应用价值.%The structure and working principle of particulate partial-flow and dynamic dilution sampling system of the diesel were introduced.The electronic control system used separated design of upper and lower computers.In order to achieve dynamic dilution sampling,pressure stability control strategy was built based on PID algorithm,and the hardware circuit design was completed as the core of Freescale microcontroller.By using LabVIEW graphical programming language,the upper computer program was written.The LabVIEW control program has RS-232 serial communication,monitoring and independent storage functions.The results show that analog signals collected by microcontroller through RS-232 serial communication protocol and the user-defined data formats can achieve two-way data transmission between the upper and lower computers.The user can send different setting information and operation instructions to lower computer through the upper computer program interface,and can monitor and storage the working state of system at any time.After communication test verification,the electronic system function matches requirement well.It has some prospects for the study and application value.
