Agencies release final rules of hazmat rail cars

WASHINGTON - The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration and the Federal Railroad Administration on Nov. 26 issued a final rule that requires rail carriers to compile annual data on certain shipments of explosive, poisonous-by-inhalation and radioactive materials.
