摘要

Some crossed aldol and oxime products were synthesized and the yield have been used as a measure for the chemical reactivity of the 2-formyl pyridine,2-formyl furan,2-formyl thiophene and 2-formylpyrrole,which compared with the antibacterial activity to the mentioned 2-formyl compounds to indicate that there is a relation between the antibacterial activity towards E.coli bacteria and electrophilicity of the carbonyl compounds toward nucleophiles.
