摘要

An algorithm is suggested for calculation of field dependences of the emission rate from the shape function of the optical transition. Comparison with the experimental data obtained for the V_(Ga)S_(As) complex in gallium arsenide showed that this algorithm is preferable compared to the methods based on the one-coordinate model.
