Corrections for the electron-electron interaction of the first order in 1/Z (Z is the nucleus charge) are calculated for the hyperfine structure of the lithium-like multiply charged ions with Z = 10-90 taking into account a finite nucleus size. The contribution of a finite nucleus charge to the correction for the electron-electron interaction is found to change from 0.1 to 19% with increasing Z from 10 to 90.
