摘要

Experimental results indicative of the quasi-nonequilibrium state of the lattice of a rare-earth garnet at the instant of an electron impact and synchronous action of light, when transformation of impurity defects (Cr~(3+))_(oct) → Cr~(4+) located at both octahedral and tetrahedral sites becomes possible, are presented for the first time.
