摘要

Results of studying the generation of optical harmonics of radiation of a picosecond laser (λ= 1.06 m,λ = 3 ps) in a low-temperature atmospheric plasma and a near-surface layer of plasma in a vacuum are presented. Processes of frequency conversion to the VUV spectral region (down to λ= 96 nm, the eleventh harmonic) are optimized, depending on the characteristics of the nonlinear medium and radiation being converted.
