摘要

Chemical treatment.of vegetal wastes resulted from agriculture or wood industry may represent a real source for isolating certain compounds,especially those with polyphenolic structure.The paper proposes a possible recovery of the natural compounds with polyphenolic structure,separated from wood and stems of Vitis sp.,in a global alkaline extract.The investigations were focused on the realization of a mathematical model able to accurately predict the quantity of polyphenols extracted under certain operational conditions.An investigation of the equilibrium distribution of polyphenolic compounds in solid-liquid extraction is also presented for the possible extension of the process to pilot or even industrial scale.
