The obtaining of antioxidant active principles from vegetal waste materials.I.The study of the extractionprocess of polyphenolic compounds from vitis sp.wood

Chemical treatment of vegetal wastes materials resulted from agriculture or wood industry may represent a real source for isolating certain compounds,those having a polyphenolic structure being the most frequent of all.The paper presents a possibility to recover natural compounds with polyphenolic structure,separated from wood and stems of Vitis sp.in a global alkaline extract.The investigations were directed to establish the optimal parameters such as concentration of extraction agent,hydromodule (cm~3/g),duration of extracting process (hrs.) and temperature (~0C).
