摘要

A method for increasing the accuracy of triangulation measurements is analyzed. It is based on registration of the scattered radiation from two directions and implemented with the use of the second symmetric receiving channel. The action of a microprofile surface on the spatial measurement error is considered. Results of experimental analysis of the triangulation measurement error as a function of orientation of machining marks on the surface inspected are presented.
