摘要

Stick-slip in hydraulic systems with plunger-type cylinders is system-immanent on account of the many parameters to which it is subject. Stiffness is governed by the oil column compliance, the compressibility of the trapped air and the compliance of the cylinder itself. Occurrence of oscillations is affected by the friction of seals, liners and dirt wipers. Optimising their arrangement, the materials used and design features will prevent stick-slip.
