摘要

This paper show the simulation results of a motion system including mechanical and hydraulic subsystems. The co-simulation of mechanical and hydraulic simulation programs shows how new control concepts could be developed and tested closed to the reality. The classic control concept based on position controlled cylinders is compared to a nonlinear open loop feed forward algorithm. The result shows, how this new concept is able to improve the power limits of motion systems.
