Former pacalta employee John Wright admits not everything he did with communities in Ecuador worked.Yet,somehow he has convinced himself that after acquiring Pacalta's assets,EnCana disbanded everything Pacalta set up (untrue),and that we've "gone back to handing out rubber boots and chocolates" (unture and condescending).
