摘要

In the period of 42 days from spike inoculation grain and glumes of three wheat cultivars were examined in 7 day intervals after independent inoculation with two, chemotypically different, isolates of F. culmorum. The highest concentration both DON and NIV in chaff was stated in 14 day after inoculation, whilst in case of grain it was in 21 day. The peak of concentration followed by a decrease observed until harvest. In spike two, important for fusariosis, mechanisms were observed: redistribution oftoxins between grain and chaff and degradation of toxins due to plant defense response.
