Iran Revolutionary Guard Pulls out of South Pars on Sanctions

In a further sign of the damage that in- ternational sanctions are wreaking on Iran’s oil and gas sector, Khatam ul-Anbia, the engineering and construction arm of Iran’s powerful Revolutionary Guard, has pulled out of a multibillion-dollar project to develop Phases 15 and 16 of the giant South Pars gas field.
