Canada's Verenex has said a final agreement on its acquisition by the state-owned Libyan Investment Authority has been delayed until Nov. 6, at the latest. Under the terms of a Sep. 18 memorandum of understanding, a definitive agreement was to be signed on or before Oct. 20.
