IEA Sketches Scenarios for Oil as World Emerges from Recession

Oil markets face a period of uncertainty once the economy rebounds, with the outlook depending on the pace of economic growth after the recession ends, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said Monday. "It is likely that the shape and extent of the economic recovery will remain the primary driver of oil market balances for the foreseeable future," the IEA said in its Medium-Term Oil Market Report which looks out as far as 2014.
