Logging Services, Assam Asset Dedicates New Cased Hole Logging Unit to ONGC

摘要

The unit is mounted on latest 400hp Volvo Truck chassis with automatic transmission and advance air suspension system and is capable of carrying out all cased hole logging operation viz Production Logging (PL), cement Evaluation, Conventional Perforations, Through tubing perforation (TTP), Free point indicator (FPI) survey, Bridge plug setting and all kind of back-off services. Apart from standard capabilities for the first time this unit is equipped with high tech services like Multi-finger imaging Tool (MIT) and Magnetic thickness tool (MTT).This has been inducted to strengthen the logging capabilities a step ahead. These tools are capable of diagnosing tubular integrity problems in the old wells and have been very useful in view of high number of work-over job requirements of aging fields of Assam Asset.
