Rosneft, Russia’s biggest oil producer, may face serious problems receiving payments from customers after bankrupt former rival Yukos won court injunctions in the US and UK. Right now, exports from the state-controlled giant continue uninterrupted, but measures the company began taking after being told of the injunctions last week seem to be unacceptable to clients. “We don’t know how serious all these problems are,” says one trader with an international oil major working in Russia.
