Steady August for Alaskan Oil

Alaskan oil production was very steady in August as most of the normal summer field and pipeline work has been finished, data from the state Department of Revenue Tax Division show.Crude output for the state as a whole was 576,700 b/d, nearly all from the seven producing areas on the Alaskan North Slope (ANS).
