Industry asset-buyers always at tend NAPE,the annual prospects expo in houston.but they don't always spend a great deal of money there.2004 was not one of thosey years.though it's diffcult to gauge exactly how many deals get done at NAPE,the widespread consensus this year was that money was definitely changing hands.
