SIL-2-certified toxic gas detectors: IEC61508

DM-700 Toxic Gas Detectors are now certified SIL 2 capable, in compliance with IEC61508 : 2010 Parts 1-7. Designed as "environmentally bulletproof," the instruments' rugged framework includes an electropolished 316 stainless steel housing with fully encapsulated electronics plus dual layer surge protection. These features are declared to "virtually eliminate the threat of outside damage to internal components due to water ingress, corrosion, vibration, and transient spikes."
