Timor-Leste approves petroleum fund

East Timor's parliament has backed the Government's plans to establish a national petroleum fund,overwhelmingly backing enabling legislation that will manage revenues from the country's future petroleum industry.It is the first time that any proposed law has been passed unanimously by the National Parliament.
