With the announcement Woodside was set to accelerate appraisal of its 100%-owned Pluto gas field,located in the outer Carnarvon Basin,190km NW of Karratha and 90km west of the NWSJV's Goodwyn platform,Intersuisse has taken a fresh look at the big Australian.While a final decision to build the plant,which is estimated to cost at least 5 billion,is planned for mid-2007 prior to deliveries from the project by late-2010 the impact upon WPL's gas production will be significant,not only from Pluto,but its Browse LNG project,which is aiming to tap into Asian and US demand for LNG from 2010.
