Enclosures are a highly important part of equipment manufacture yet, in the past, they have often been seen as just simply 'a box' which would house and protect the important equipment held inside. This, however, is no longer always the case, and designers are now often putting as much thought into the enclosure they should use as they are into the contents. Today, explains Fibox, designers and specifiers of electrical, electronic and pneumatic control systems see the enclosure as the primary consideration. They are therefore looking for a provider who will either supply as standard, develop or modify an enclosure that will exactly meet the specific application demands.
