Ex.China tube output decline slowed in Ql

Global tube output added 3.7 y/y in 2024 Q1 as output growth in China remained strong at 7.2 y/y, while the decline in the rest of the world slowed to 1.3 y/y. During the same period, global alloy RBS production grew 1.4 y/y, with China rebounding strongly by adding 11.2 y/y, following a contraction in 2023 Q4.
