摘要

The absorption of ozone by organic liquids (chloroform, heptane, and carbon tetrachloride) wasstudied in bubbling reactors and reactors without bubbling. After the "burning out" of solvent impuritiesreacting with ozone at high rates, a stationary regime was established with the ozone concentration differentfrom that at the entrance of the reactor, which was indicative of the occurrence of a side reaction with ozoneconsumption. This reaction did not influence the results of the determination of the general unsaturation ofthe substances analyzed.
