摘要

The absorption spectrum of ammonia in the air at a pressure of 0.01 atm has been calculated. It has been shown that, for the use of ammonia as a biomarker for early diagnosis of diseases, it is appropriate to apply a new method of comb-spectroscopy with the compensation for Doppler broadening at a one-photon transition. Absorption in the 1.5-mu m spectral region should be recorded using a multipass cell. To increase the measurement sensitivity by 2-3 orders of magnitude, it is necessary to transit to the spectral region of 6-10 mu m.
