Panariagroup opts for continua technology

Panariagroup, the ceramic tile manufacturing group led by Giuliano Mussini, has begun installing a brand-new Continua Sacmi line at its factory in Toano (province of Reggio Emilia, Italy). This will allow for efficient production of a wide range of high-quality articles including through-bodied and glazed porcelain tiles and highly innovative products. This investment fits in with Panariagroup's medium-term plans to produce new types of ceramic tiles with superior characteristics of soundproofing and resistance compared to those currently available on the market. Sacmi is also working with Panariagroup to develop projects for energy saving and efficiency and thereby further increase the competitiveness of its production activities.
