Polyus Gold, KazakhGold move RTO deadline back to end Oct

Polyus Gold and its subsidiary KazakhGold have moved the deadline for a reverse takeover back until the end of October. KazakhGold said in a statement that "the deadline for acceptances of the Private Exchange Offer announced on 30 June 2010 as part of the proposed combination of KazakhGold with OJSC Polyus Gold will be further extended to 5.00 p.m.. New York City time, on 29 October 2010."
