Russia's Evraz Group has converted its options for Australia's Cape Lambert into shares so that the group can to participate in the company's shareholders meeting. "Awhile back the company acquired options for the rights to purchase shares in Cape Lambert. Evraz converted these options into shares in order to have the opportunity to participate in the Australian company's shareholders meeting slated for July 28, as well as for the receiving of dividends, the issue of which will be discussed at said meeting," Evraz told Interfax.
