China's ICBC to provide project financing for Udokan copper field

Baikal Mining Company (BMC), a subsidiary of the Metalloinvest group, and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) signed a cooperation agreement in Beijing on October 11 that confirms the parties' interest in jointly developing the project to mine the Udokan copper field, BMC said in a statement. The agreement was signed at the sixth Russian-Chinese Economic Forum during Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's working visit to China.
