摘要

A modified method of determining winter wheat grain gluten quality on a GDM-1 instrument was developed. Acetic acid (0.05 M) was used for washing gluten from grain grist instead of water. This method reduces the nongenetic variability of gluten quality and increases the share of heredity variation of this trait, which will allow the assessment of quality of breeding material with great variability..
