NLMK, LUKOIL SIGN THREE-YEAR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

President of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov and chairman of OJSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine's (NLMK) board, Vladimir Lisin, have signed an agreement for cooperation and technical partnership. The agreement foresees the development of a unified technical policy in the development of quality lubricants and special liquids that would meet international requirements in terms of use and ecological safety, NLMK said in a statement issued March 12. The agreement is binding for three years.
