Limit to the optimal recycling line

The recycling line proposed above is based on general considerations (what we want, what we have and what we can do) and on many results gained at CTP. Additional works have to be performed to valid definitely this line: Transfer, adaptation and optimisation of flotation on process waters to remove fillers (even fines), the removal of micro-stickies being efficient. Improving refining on recycled fibres. Indeed, a direct transfer from virgin fibre refining is not recommended due to the relative weakness of the recycled fibres. Improvement means determination of operating conditions (consistency, energy to be applied...) and design parameters (disk...).
