That our specialty of obstetrics and gynecology has been under siege for decades from 3 consecutive medical malpractice crises there is no doubt; every recent incoming President of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) has promised to address this issue. The interests of obstetrician- gynecologists everywhere will be better served, however, when the Green Journal stops running inaccurate articles, however well inten-tioned, on medical malpractice and demonstrates that it truly understands malpractice law.
