摘要

A survey of the domestic literature on the influence of casting temperature on the evolution of the structure and properties of copper alloys is conducted. Results of mechanical tests of samples made of tin bronzes as a function of casting temperature and the cross-sectional thickness of the casting are discussed. The relationship between the magnitude of superheating and the distribution of the structure components of multicomponent tin bronzes is considered. It is established that increasing the casting temperature induces size reduction of inclusions of eutectoid and lead inclusions in tin bronzes as well exerting a favorable effect on their hydraulic strength.
