摘要

A mathematical model of radial-shear rolling of the bars of the VT6 alloy is constructed by the finite element method using LS-DYNA software. The stress-strain state in bars during rolling at a temperature of 940°C and reduction of 1.25 is analyzed. The evolution of the initial lamellar microstructure of the bars during rolling is investigated. The features of kinetics of its transformation into globular structure and their relation to the stress-strain state are found.
