LEACH AND CORNWALL Dividing his time between his studio, St Ives Ceramics gallery, and his advisory role at Leach Pottery, Bedding's is a life immersed in both the creation and appreciation of ceramics. Celebrated for his considerable contribution to the St Ives pottery community, Bedding's own Gaolyard Studios, where he currently works alongside eight other independent potters, is credited with re-energising the local studio ceramics scene at a time when the Leach was in decline, and he later became a founding member of the group that eventually helped restore the Leach Pottery.
