AIRIA: Munshi retires, Neelakshi takes over

Toofan Munshi, who successfully headed the Secretariat of All Indian Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA) for the last 13 years, retired on July 1, 2011 leaving behind a legacy of prudent and dynamic leadership. It was during his 13-year tenure as Secretary General, the concept of India Rubber Expo (IRE) was mooted as part of the AIRIA's effort to overcome its difficult financial situation.
